-insert explication on why I decided to post this old drabble on LJ-
It was a typical morning in Vongola HQ. Gokudera was smoking outside, waiting for his boss, Yamamoto was leaning against the car they would be taking to go to the airport, Hibari was nowhere to be seen, and Ryohei was currently taking a jog around the woods. Again for the third time.
In main hallway leading to the front entrance of the manor you were, along with your daughter, accompanying your husband to the door.
Tsuna, who was leaving for an urgent mission with his guardians, kept telling you since yesterday that there was nothing to worry about and that he would be back as soon as possible.
At the very end, you gave in and watched with concern as he said goodbye with his usual smile.
"Itterashai ! [1]" You and your daughter responded with similar smiles. Once the door was closed, you turned towards your daughter, a serious look in your (c/e) eyes.
"(D/N)..."
Your daughter gave you a cute nervous look she inherited from her tuna of a father.
"Yes mother?" She asked with hesitation, not yet mentally prepared for what was about about to happen.
"You should give your father more hugs."
Doubletake.
"W-What?" She was certainly not expecting that. Aww, the more she grew, the more she looked AND acted like him.
Restraining yourself to glomp her, you continued your 'reprimandment' as you called it.
"I understand how teens like you don't enjoy hugging parents since you might think it's 'lame' or 'embarrassing', but I'll have you know that your father is a very sensitive man."
You daughter did another doubletake.
"...H-He doesn't seem like it." Tsuna wasn't even out of the courtyard and you were already paranoid at this time of day!
You clicked your tongue, shaking your head at the same time. "Men's pride, (D/N). Men's pride. It's true that it doesn't seem like it, but your father right now, is crying on the inside from lack of hugs."
Your daughter just stared at you.
Your patted her shoulder like the idiot mother you were as a way to re-comfort her.
"So... since you haven't given him any hugs today, he must be crying on the 'inside' more than usual, right?"
You froze. "I...forgot...?"
And she just had to add, "Didn't he mention he won't be back-" before she could finish, you ran out of Vongola HQ in all your pajama glory, yelling out "Tuna-love!" and other embarrassing nicknames while you knocked down an unfortunate Gokudera (Yamamoto dodged your incoming with a grin [2]) who happened to be in your way.
(D/N) blinked, then twitched as she saw you a few feet away in the courtyard, making out with her father (who was certainly freaked out somehow) like there was no tomorrow.
Silence.
"...Was that a flame on mom's head?"

I hope you guys -now bricked- didn't mind my lack of english vocabulary -dodges bullets- for my first crack drabble in this site. I might write a Yamamoto drabble soon, since he's my favorite KHR bishie and all(Tsuna's number 2 XD). -finally shot-
Oh, and if you wondered how she ran off in dying will mode without being in underwear, I have the lame excuse of saying she has dying will flame resistant PJ's.
XD Most perverts may guess why. If you figured it out, free Tsuna cookie ! ...And no. Gokudera may not answer. -.-

[2] Takeshi changed positions since the beginning of the drabble. You could say he decided to tried to talk to Gokudera and that he distanced himself away from the car.
